Florida, border violence and more this week on FlashPoint!

Dear %%FirstName%%,

Last week we had two nights of important discussions about this nation, decisions being made in our government, and what the Church is doing. Thursday’s episode with my “co-host” Glenn Beck (if you watched, you know), Chad Robichaux and Hank Kunneman is important and I encourage you to get caught up.

Tonight the trusted team of Lance Wallnau, Hank Kunneman and Mario Murillo will be joining me. We will discuss Vice President Kamala Harris’ comments about hurricane relief in Florida being tied to “equity.”

I also want to dive into the latest news from the border in Eagle Pass, Texas, this morning where a National Guard soldier has been shot. We will also unpack the latest headlines related to the upcoming midterm elections.

On Thursday, John Graves from Million Voices will be joining us, along with first-time guest Jim Tomlin. Tomlin, an oil and gas expert with decades of experience, will weigh in on economic and environmental policies as they relate to the energy industry.

Thursday-Friday, Oct. 20-21, are gearing up to be two VERY SPECIAL NIGHTS! I hope you are making your plans to attend. A mere weeks ahead of the midterm elections, these live events will inform, inspire and encourage. We will be looking at current news and critical issues through a biblical lens, with hard-hitting discussion and humor. Most importantly, we are gathering together in unity as we take our stand for the Lord and for America.

Prayer Points

This week’s topics to pray over:

  •  That believers from coast to coast would stay encouraged in the Lord during this time of transition for our country
  • For revival in the Church, that the Body of Christ would mobilize, activate and deploy the good news of Jesus Christ all across this great nation.

This week’s prayer of agreement:

Heavenly Father, things are changing across this great nation of ours. It’s a “Joshua moment,” where transition is taking place. As the Body of Christ, we are trusting You with all our hearts, seeking Your will and not our own, assured that You will guide us every step of the way. Lord, help Your Church to be encouraged and step into the good things You planned for us long ago.

We take hold of Your promises and won’t let go because Your ways are higher than ours and beyond all we could imagine. While the world looks only at this natural realm, we choose to see things in the supernatural, through Your eyes. Therefore:

  • When the world sees lasting sickness, we see divine healing
  • When the world sees a failing economy, we see increased prosperity
  • When the world loses hope, we have hope!

We’re standing for revival. We’re standing for the Word of God, preached in the power of the Holy Spirit, with simplicity, holding the Bible as our ultimate authority. We’re believing for an outpouring of Your love and miraculous power that will change everything. And we know it’s coming. Hallelujah! As Your Church, we boldly declare that Jesus is Lord over the United States of America now and forever! Amen!
