Prayer of agreement:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the wins we’ve seen in our nation over the past couple of weeks. This is the confidence we have: You hear the prayers of Your people and are quick to respond! Victories are happening all around us, and after a season where we faced challenges, we’re excited that things are beginning to “flip.”
We stand firm in our faith, knowing that You have the final vote on all matters. As this year unfolds, we pray that Truth is established and that all things hidden are revealed. We’ve turned a corner and we pray this new congress exposes any lingering corruption and rids our government of any unrighteousness.
Give our leaders courage, Lord, that they will stand up for what’s right. We know Satan is working in the spirit realm to cause strife, chaos and confusion; and we pray our leaders will have the insight to recognize the work of this unseen enemy and lean into You for help.
Finally, help us to hold onto Your Word above all else. It alone brings life and renews our minds. Listening to news reports and negativity won’t change our nation, but Your Word can! Therefore, we stand in FAITH, assured that in due season we shall reap a harvest of BLESSING if we don’t give up. Amen!
