“For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them.”
– Matthew 18:20
Topic to pray over:
As you saw on FlashPoint this past week, there were antisemitic protests on some college campuses and in some of our cities. Let’s join in a prayer of support for our Jewish brothers and sisters, and against the rise of hatred.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, standing against the rise of antisemitism in America, particularly on college campuses and within our cities. We take a stand together with our Jewish brothers and sisters—and we bind the spirit of division and hatred in the Name of Jesus. We tear down strongholds of antisemitism that have taken root in these places.
Lord, we pray that Your love shines BRIGHT in the darkness. We pray for a change of heart for those who harbor prejudice. May they come to realize that every individual is created in Your image. We call for a revival of love to overflow in the hearts of men and women, and that the Body of Christ rises up as a vessel of peace and reconciliation. Give us strength and courage to stand against injustice and to be advocates for the marginalized and oppressed.
Now specifically for the college campuses: God, we pray for REVIVAL to break out among the young people. Bring a deep awareness of Your love and grace. Stir the hearts of students. Stir the hearts of faculty. Draw them all into a personal, profound encounter with You. We pray the Holy Spirit brings revelation and transformation, where unity triumphs over division.
May Your kingdom come and Your will be done, all across the United States of America—on earth as it is in heaven. We pray for healing and HOPE to echo through our streets. In the Name of Jesus, America shall be SAVED!
