“For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them.”
— Matthew 18:20
Last week, President Trump made a surprise announcement about a great economic opportunity in reforming the Gaza Strip. Today we pray for wisdom for our government leaders regarding this initiative in the days ahead.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne FULL of faith, thanking You for the mighty works You are doing in our nation. We lift President Trump up to You, and we thank You that he is standing for Israel, just as You commanded in Your Word. We declare that he walks in Your wisdom, receiving divine strategies to handle the Middle East with clarity and strength. You guide the hearts of leaders like flowing water, so we pray that our president’s plans are shaped by Your hand, that every decision he makes aligns with Your perfect will. May this be a testament to the nations as they see Your favor upon America, and may the steps taken with Israel be recognized as a blessing not only to the Jewish people, but also to the whole world.
Father, we pray for our elected leaders—on both sides of the aisle—that they would boldly stand up and support Israel, knowing that those who bless Israel will themselves be blessed. We thank You that Netanyahu himself has called President Trump “the greatest friend Israel has ever had in the White House.” We believe by faith that this alliance will continue to bear great fruit in the days ahead.
In the Name of Jesus, we take authority over every work of darkness and every plan of terrorism in that region. We declare that any plans for evil will come to nothing. Instead, we release faith that economic opportunity, innovation and prosperity will be the new initiative, bringing transformation and stability to the Middle East.
Your Word says that righteousness exalts a nation, Lord, so we stand in agreement that America and Israel will rise up as beacons of Truth and BLESSING in these last days. We praise You and thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ mighty Name. Amen!
